As of March 31, 2024, Ventive Hospitality owns and operates 11 hospitality properties across India and the Maldives, with a total of 2,036 rooms spanning luxury, upper, and upscale segments. In the Maldives, the company owns three properties, which are among the world’s most popular tourist destinations. Of the 11 properties, 7 (1,331 rooms) were developed by Ventive Hospitality, while 4 (705 rooms) were acquired.
