In line with REIT regulations, the trust can only invest in specific schemes, including the development of Platina SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles), covering mandatory costs such as stamp duty, registration fees, and surcharges, and providing funds to Platina SPVs for purchasing equity and debt instruments. The trust’s main goal is to own, operate, and invest in retail real estate properties that generate income and profit.
The management of the Property Share Investment Trust is overseen by non-independent directors, including Kunal Moktan, Hashim Qadeer Khan, and Benjamin Oliver Speat Cassey.
